2. Services

Pickaxe Labs provides AI-powered software tools, APIs, and SaaS platforms including but not limited to: regulatory compliance monitoring, e-commerce inventory management, AI agent infrastructure, and developer productivity tools. Services are offered via monthly and annual subscriptions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or to generate harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using our tools belongs to you. Our software, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Pickaxe Labs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of AI-generated content. For regulatory compliance products, we provide factual data only and do not offer legal advice.
